eProphet.NET licensing is simple and manageable.

Licencing Overview
An eProphet.NET Store System licence is an ongoing monthly licence where perpetual product updates are included free as part of that licence. Value-added components that are not part of the core eProphet.NET system are charged separately as additional monthly licences.

eProphet.NET Site licence agreements are per site based with unlimited user accounts per system.

Initial costs are normally restricted to installation / training costs and any necessary system customisations and interfaces that need to be developed to enable the system to integrate with the store environment.

We have worked with many different customers to detail a licence agreement that is favourable, feasible and cost-effective for all concerned. An ongoing licence approach allows us to reduce up-front costs, which is particularly beneficial to those switching to eProphet.NET when substantial capital may have been lost through IT investment into an alternative system that has not met store needs.

If you are upgrading from the earlier DOS version of our store-based systems, a conversion service is available for a small cost whereby all system data is converted and transferred into the new system.

Enterprise Licences
Enterprise-wide agreements for company-controlled, non-franchised chains normally attract a volume based discount per site. Franchised sites can also enjoy similar benefits if a chain-wide agreement is reached with the franchisee community.

In chains, interface changes and customisations normally represent the needs of the chain and initial development costs can be recouped through franchise fees etc as necessary.

Where multiple site installations are required, chain-installation for similarly located stores and group training packages can be organised to reduce overall deployment costs.

Pricing is normally determined based on what components are to be utilised in the system (which determines overall support and development costs for the future) and the number of sites to be deployed to. As such, licence prices are provided only after initial free consultation with one of our product managers.
