eProphet Accounting licensing is simple and manageable.

Licensing Overview
We have worked with many different customers to detail a licence agreement that is favourable, feasible and cost-effective for all concerned. eProphet Accounting is offered as an ongoing licence with up-front costs normally limited to a small training and installation fee. This licence approach is particularly beneficial to those switching to eProphet Accounting when substantial capital may have been lost through IT investment into an alternative system that has not met your needs.

Product updates are included free as part of the product licence.

Licence agreements are installation based with unlimited user accounts per installation.

If you are upgrading from our legacy admin system, a conversion service is available for a small cost whereby all system data is converted and transferred into the new system. The conversion service is charged separately as a one-off cost based on the number of employees to convert.

Enterprise Licences
Enterprise-wide agreements for company-controlled, non-franchised chains normally attract a volume based discount per site. Franchised sites can also enjoy similar benefits if a chain-wide agreement is reached with the franchisee community.

In chains, interface changes and customisations normally represent the needs of the chain and initial development costs can be recouped through franchise fees etc as necessary.

Where multiple site installations are required, chain-installation for similarly located sites and group training packages can be organised to reduce overall deployment costs.

Volume Discounts
Pricing is normally determined based on the number of sites to be deployed to. Multiple licence purchases can attract a sliding scale discount per licence and as such licence prices are provided only after initial free consultation with one of our product managers.
