eProphet EDC (Electronic Data Collection) is provided as an ongoing service that is flexible in price and structure. 

Licensing Overview
eProphet EDC is charged at a flat low rate PER store reported PER day. As you add new stores or remove existing ones, the reports and costs are increased and decreased respectively. 

There is no limit or cost involved with viewing the reports on as many PC's as you like. Secondary email addresses to receive reports are setup at no charge. 

Customisations
EDC can be customised to provide custom report functionality to satisfy the needs of your business. Creating and providing ongoing support and maintenance of those custom reports, attracts a low ongoing fee per custom report. 

The system can also be customised to send the daily reports via fax rather than email. If this method is utilised then additional communications costs apply.
