The eProphet Payroll system starts with electronic or manual input of employee clockings. Rostered employee times can be compared with the system’s calculated actual worked hours during payroll preparation (when used in conjunction with Abcom’s Scheduling Solutions). This data, along with a minimum of sundry input by the payroll administrator, is used to produce accurate employee payments and records in record breaking time. Necessary records for the employer, employees, the ATO and other relevant parties such as superannuation funds are automatically generated and updated by the system.
